“Our decision to sell our home after 8 years was not an easy one nor was it expected. It was also time-sensitive which made it very critical. After weeks of chasing and arguing with an incompetent realtor, we fired him and started looking for someone else. The night we took the home off the market, I got a call from Bobbie but since it was an unfamiliar number, I didn't answer. First thing in the morning, my phone rang again and I answered ( since I was curious to hear what she had to say). She was very pleasant, seemed very confident, and offered me the best service possible. After about 20 mins, she arranged to come over that SAME day to see the property and work with me to figure out a strategy to get it sold, with the goal of making sure I got the best deal possible. That evening, Bobbie and I hit it off. She was so full of energy, excitement, and very honest about her assessment. She came well prepared too !! Complete with an agreement and a lockbox. The next few days were like magic. She got the pictures taken and they were so professionally done and the website looked so amazing, that it made ME want to buy my house. Once we got foot traffic in ( which the previous agent was never able to do), I started working more closely with Tamer. Everything I could possibly need to do, every document that would need to signed and all the relevant paperwork was ready to go even before we had a confirmed buyer. His advice was excellent and he guided me very carefully through it all. I was overseas on travel when he called to let me know that we had a strong offer and I was ecstatic. In just 18 days, they got me on the market, got us a buyer, and a date for closing. There are so many other twists and turns in the story that they handled so well. There was a reason why God had placed them in our path. As my husband and I plan for our next purchase/sale, we already know that there is no one we would trust more than Tamer and Bobbie.”
